Get secure online access to your child support case with MiCase. If you experience any difficulty using the MiCase website, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at the MiCase Site. If you still have problems accessing your information on MiCase, please visit Contact Us, then complete and submit the "Contact Links for Technical Issues" form.
To check the status of child support payments, call the 24-hour case information access line at 877-543-2660 (County Code 744) and follow the prompts to obtain payment information.
To change your address and/or current contact information, your signature is required on a completed Change in Person Information Form. Mail the form to Shiawassee County Friend of the Court, 208 N. Shiawassee St Corunna Mi 48817. Please keep the FOC informed of any changes in vital information concerning your case.
For other inquiries, you may contact our office via phone or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact the FOC by telephone, be sure to give the operator your full name, the other party's full name and your case number. Information about specific payments and arrearages will not be given over the telephone.
