• Committee of the Whole agendas may be posted in advance of the meeting, but are amended to include any sub-committee action occurring before the meeting is convened. Action items may be introduced by Board members at these meeting.
• The agenda for the Board of Commissioners is established based on the actions at the most recent Committee of the Whole meeting.
• Minutes of all committee meetings are subject to acceptance by the full Board of Commissioners.  Minutes of the Board of Commissioners are not considered official until they are approved and the next regular meeting.
• All minutes posted here should be considered DRAFT for informational purposes only.  Official copies of the Minutes of the Board of Commissioners and Committee of the Whole are maintained and can be obtained from the office of the Shiawassee County Clerk.  Minutes of sub-committees are maintained by the Office of the County Administrator.
