A. Approve the minutes of the November 17, 2009 Committee of the Whole meeting.
COUNTY FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION.....................Commissioner Pavlica
A. Approve the 2010 Budget and Resolution #09-11-14.
B. Approve the proposal from Sparrow Forensic Pathology to continue as the Medical Examiner for Shiawassee County for the period of four (4) years with an annual fee of $129,710.00 subject to increases and decreases under outlined conditions and authorize the Board Vice Chair to sign the same.
C. Approve the 2010 County Holiday Schedule.
D. Approve a two year extension of the deer carcass removal contract with Bernard Minnick for $38.00 per carcass with a removal time of 24 hours for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011 and authorize the Board Vice Chair and County Clerk to sign the same.
E. Ratify the Tentative Agreement and authorize the Shiawassee County Board Chair and Sheriff to enter into an agreement with Teamsters Local 214 Non-Supervisory Unit for the period of April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2011 and approve Resolution #09-11-15.
F. Ratify the Tentative Agreement and authorize the Shiawassee County Board Chair and Sheriff to enter into an agreement with Teamsters Local 214 Supervisory Unit for the period of April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2011 and approve Resolution #09-11-16.
G. Approve Budget Adjustments #09-20, #09-21, and #09-22.
H. Approve the minutes of the November 16, 2009 Finance & Administration Committee meeting.

A. Reappoint Renita Mikolajczyk to the Workforce Development Board representing the Community Based Organization Sector for a three year term from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012 or until a successor is appointed.
B. Reappoint Mary Sumpter to the Workforce Development Board representing the Private Sector for a three year term from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012 or until a successor is appointed.
C. Approve Michigan Works! Career Alliance, Inc. National Emergency Grant project within the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act with an allocation of $820,603.00 for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize the Board Vice Chair to sign the same.
D. Approve Michigan Works! Career Alliance, Inc. Food Assistance Employment and Training Program Plan with an allocation of $302,785.00 for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize the Board Vice Chair to sign the same.
E. Approve Michigan Works! Career Alliance, Inc. Jobs, Education and Training (JET) Plan for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize the Board Vice Chair to sign the same.
F. Approve the Local Health Department Grant Contract between the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the Shiawassee County Health Department for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 in the amount of $47,622.00 to provide monitoring of noncommunity water supply, drinking water, swimming pools, and septage haulers and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
G. Approve Amendment #1 to the emergency medical services contract with the State of Michigan Department of Human Services by decreasing the allocation for the 2009/2010 fiscal year by $1,000.00 for a contract amount of $3,400.00 and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
H. Approve the agreement between the Shiawassee County Health Department and Dr. Mario Chaves, M.D. for breast and cervical cancer screening for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
I. Approve the agreement between the Shiawassee County Health Department and Dr. Luna Alkhafaji, OB/GYN for breast and cervical cancer screening for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
J. Approve the agreement between the Shiawassee County Health Department and Dr. Nathan Tomita for breast and cervical cancer screening for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
K. Approve the agreement between the Shiawassee County Health Department and Greater Flint Imaging for breast and cervical cancer screening for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
L. Approve the agreement between the Shiawassee County Health Department and Planned Parenthood of East Central Michigan for breast and cervical cancer screening for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and authorize George Pichette, Health Director to sign the same.
