All home improvements must be permanently attached to the property. They must also be moderately priced, but of lasting quality. Luxury items, such as hot tubs, are not funded through this program.

All work funded by CDBG loans is done by a licensed contractor of your choosing. Homeowner labor is only allowed the portion of the project funded with PIP loans.
