Shiawassee County Central Dispatch is the primary link between the public and the professional services of all public safety units in Shiawassee County. It is the responsibility of Central Dispatch to process each call thru caller interrogation and determine if an emergency exists. It is the responsibility of Central Dispatch to provide telephone assistance, send the appropriate response and communicate necessary information to police, fire, EMS, and other rescue responders.
